IRELAND: Big Grill Festival: Dublin 4 is about to go up in smoke

DUBLIN: The Big Grill team are delighted to announce their biggest food lineup yet this August 11th-14th 2022 in Herbert Park, Dublin 4. 

The festival prides itself on offering a truly unique food lineup, unlike any other as everything must be cooked over live fire – no electricity or gas is allowed. There will be 20+ restaurants over the weekend including some of the best international barbecue names – Chris Lilly & the Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q Competition Cooking Team (winners of 17 World BBQ Championships), Valentina’s Tex Mex BBQ all the way from Austin, Texas, Kimberly Plafke & Meathook from Brooklyn, NY & Mike Johnson from Sugarfire Smokehouse, St. Louis, London’s From The Ashes BBQ, Neil Rankin’s new plant-based venture Symplicity Foods, Billy Durney’s Hometown Bar-B-Que from Brooklyn, NYC. Homegrown talent includes Reggie’s Pizza Party, Aishling Moore from Goldie in Cork, Mister S, Reyna, Hang Dai, Chimac, Bahay, Our Table, Bites by Kwanghi, AA’s Caribbean, B-Skewers, Los Chicanos, Pitt Bros.

SCHWEPPES TO BRING THE FIZZ TO THE BIG GRILL 2022 FESTIVAL WITH LIVE MUSIC AND SUMMER COCKTAILS

This weekend's The Big Grill festival will have some fizz thanks to Schweppes, the nation's most popular mixer. From August 11–14, Schweppes will provide festival attendees with a fantastic line-up of music and DJs, while its mixologists concoct risky drink concoctions. Over the course of the weekend, visitors to the Herbert Park food festival can stop by the Schweppes Ultimate Mixer Stage to listen to music from artists like January Winters, Tara Kumar, and Toshn.

Quench your thirst with a variety of delectable Schweppes drinks, such as the Pink Spritz, which uses the new Schweppes Pink Soda Water to make the ideal summer beverage for any partygoer. With gin, vodka, or rosé and your preferred garnish, Schweppes' new Pink Soda Water mixer is certain to become the flavour of the season. The best part is that Schweppes Pink Soda Water has 20 calories per 100 ml, so you can enjoy your pink beverage guilt-free.

Get ready to glitter with anticipation as you enjoy the mouthwatering taste of one of Schweppes' famed cool summer beverages. Other summertime libations will also be available at the Big Grill bar, such as the traditional G&T, a Spiced Ginger, a Passionfruit Fizz, or a Paloma.
