Apollo Hospitals has released an official statement regarding the health condition of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, who experienced a brief episode of dizziness on Monday morning.

According to sources, the Chief Minister felt lightheaded during his routine morning walk and was immediately taken to Apollo Hospital on Greams Road for a medical evaluation. Later, he was shifted to Apollo Hospital in Teynampet for further examination.

Minister Duraimurugan, who visited the Chief Minister on Tuesday morning, addressed the media, stating, “Chief Minister M.K. Stalin is doing well. All medical tests have confirmed that he is in good health. He underwent an angiogram as a precautionary measure and is currently stable.”

In its statement, Apollo Hospital confirmed that CM Stalin underwent several diagnostic evaluations following the episode of dizziness. The tests revealed that the lightheadedness was due to minor fluctuations in heart rhythm.

Based on the advice of a medical team led by senior cardiologist Dr. Senguttvelu, the Chief Minister underwent an angiographic procedure on Tuesday morning. The hospital confirmed that the angiogram results were normal and that appropriate treatment was administered successfully.

“Chief Minister M.K. Stalin is in good health and is expected to resume his routine duties within two days,” the Apollo statement added.
