Storm Floris is set to make its way from the UK to Ireland at the end of the Bank Holiday weekend. Yellow status weather warnings have been issued for eight counties ahead of Storm Floris.
- Status Yellow: Met Eireann has issued a wind warning for counties Clare, Galway, Mayo and Sligo from 2am on Monday until 1pm .
- Status Yellow : A wind warning will be in place for counties Cavan, Donegal, Monaghan and Leitrim from 4am on Monday until 4pm .
- Status Yellow : A rain warning is in place for counties Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo and Sligo from 4am to 4pm on Monday .
- Status Yellow: A Status Yellow rain and wind warning has been issued for six counties in Northern Ireland, with strong winds and heavy rain also forecast for Britain. It will be in effect from 6am on Monday until 6am on Tuesday .
