Fatal Highway Crash in Andhra Pradesh Claims Three Lives

Amaravati: Three members of the same family were killed in a tragic road accident on a national highway in Andhra Pradesh, reportedly caused by the reckless driving of a two-wheeler rider. The victims included two children and a woman.

According to preliminary accounts, the accident occurred when a motorcyclist travelling on the highway suddenly changed direction without any warning. In an attempt to avoid a collision with the two-wheeler, a speeding lorry driver swerved abruptly. The lorry, however, lost control and veered into the opposite lane, crashing head-on into an oncoming car.

The impact of the collision was severe, leaving the car completely mangled. A woman and two children travelling in the vehicle died on the spot, while other injured passengers were rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Local reports attribute the tragedy to the irresponsible actions of the motorcyclist, which allegedly triggered the chain of events leading to the fatal crash. Police have registered a case and launched an investigation. Both the lorry driver and the two-wheeler rider are being questioned as part of the probe.
