The third phase of the bus connection will begin on May 29, and will introduce two orbital bus routes in North Dublin.
The N4 and N6 were expected to launch in January but were delayed due to a shortage of drivers. The N4 Dublin bus operates the N6 Go-Ahead Ireland route.
Routes are designed to connect the suburbs without having to travel through the city center. With your TFI Leap Card, you can transfer between N4 and N6 on Finglas and travel between Blanchardstown and Ballymun, Santry, Beaumont, Coolock or Howth Junction at no extra cost, using TFI 90 minute rates.
Other phases of the Bus Connects plan Phases 4 and 5 of the Bus Connects plan, which includes G-Spine and Western Orbitals, are expected later in 2022. Other phases will be implemented in the coming years.
