India issues NOTAM warning for 10th-13th May date range in Bay of Bengal
India has released an Area Warning NOTAM (Notice to the Airmen) between 10th to the 13th of May, the test launch will be done from Integrated Test Range (ITR) in Balasore.
Length of this Area Warning is around 280 kilometers and the perimeter is around 66o kilometers. The shape of the Area Warning suggests it will likely be an air launched system.
Last year DRDO ensured every test was followed by a formal release given to ongoing standoff with China. However this year many of the tests conducted were not made public this indicates things are getting back on track with China and India do not require signaling.
