A 16-year-old boy is in a critical condition after being stabbed outside a nightclub in Clondalkin, Dublin.
Gardaà were called to the scene of the assault in the early hours of this morning.
It is understood there was a Leaving Cert results celebration party at the nightclub.
The teenager was brought to James Connolly Memorial Hospital, Blanchardstown by ambulance.
In response to inquiries, a garda spokesman stated: "Garda in Clondalkin were notified to a violent attack that occurred at a nightclub in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 in the early hours of Saturday, September 3, 2022.
"One male youngster suffered multiple injuries and was taken by ambulance from the scene to James Connolly Memorial Hospital in Blanchardstown. It's said that his condition is critical.
