Dublin: Abdul Ahmead, 48, was arrested at Dublin Airport after a man boarded a plane without a passport or boarding pass.
He was caught while sitting on the seat in the plane. It is still not clear how he managed to get past the security measures at the airport's Terminal 2 and the security staff at the gate. He is a native of Newcastle, UK.
He boarded an Aer Lingus flight from Dublin to Birmingham illegally. He was fined 700 euros.The charges against him are trespassing and not having the necessary documents. He was brought before the Criminal Court of Justice in Dublin City Center yesterday morning.
The serious security breach at the airport on Monday night. It is a big shame for the capital airport which handles such a huge amount of travel.
