Terrorist attack on army vehicle in Poonch, military sources say the encounter continues

Srinagar: A terrorist attack on an army truck in Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district. Terrorists ambushed an army vehicle in Dera Ki Kali.

More troops were sent to the scene as the encounter continued. Two people, including a captain, lost their lives in an encounter with terrorists in Rajouri district last month. Terrorist attacks have been intensifying in the region for the past few years.

10 soldiers lost their lives in attacks in Rajouri and Poonch districts in April and May. In two years, 35 soldiers have lost their lives in this area.
