London: Four people, including a 10-year-old Keralite girl, were injured in a shooting near the Evin restaurant on Kingsland High Street in East London at 9.20pm in Hackney on Wednesday night. All four people who were shot have been taken to an east London hospital.

The injured girl is a member of a Keralite family who has been living in Birmingham, Britain for the past two years.
The shooting was carried out by a man on a bike near on Dalston Kingsland High Street in north east London. The police reached the spot immediately and conducted a search, but the accused could not be caught. Police officers, including firearms experts, and the London Ambulance Service inspected the scene, the Metropolitan Police said.
Witness added as: "He drove off and a man on a bike ran towards the scene and looked utterly horrified." Business owner Ayo Adesina told the Standard he was around 80 yards away when rapid gunfire erupted. The 40-year-old said: “I heard pat, pat, pat, pat… There was a big crowd of people. There was a man that was on the ground. The paramedics were here pretty quickly.
An investigation into a shooting in Kingsland High Street, Dalston, is ongoing. Police informed that the condition of the girl is still critical. No further information was available on the condition of the other victims. No one has been arrested in the incident yet.
