Iran Pledges Full Cooperation with IAEA Amid Increased Uranium Enrichment at Fordow Facility

Iran's Atomic Energy Organization (AEOI) has affirmed its commitment to transparent cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), promising that it will not hinder the agency's access to its nuclear sites, particularly in light of heightened scrutiny over its uranium enrichment activities.

In a statement to Iranian media, Mohammad Eslami, the head of the AEOI, emphasized that Iran operates in full compliance with IAEA safeguards and regulations. "We have not created and will not create any obstacles for the agency’s inspections and access," Eslami stated, reaffirming Iran’s stance of transparency in its nuclear operations. He also clarified that both Iran and the IAEA are bound by regulations, with the agency expected to operate according to the established framework—neither more nor less.
