In a significant operation, Bilaspur police apprehended three individuals from Kullu district and seized 1.6 kilograms of charas (cannabis resin) during a checkpoint operation at Veterinary Chowk on Wednesday evening.

DSP Raj Kumar of Bilaspur stated:
"The accused have been taken into custody, and a case has been registered. Preliminary investigations suggest the charas was sourced from Malana in Kullu district and was intended for delivery in Chandigarh. Further investigations are underway to trace the supply chain and identify other individuals involved."
