Met Eireann has issued a status yellow wind warning for eleven counties in Ireland.
The warning will begin at 4.00pm tomorrow in Clare, Cork, Kerry, Waterford, Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo, Wexford and Wicklow and will last until midnight.
Met Eireann has warned of strong winds in the southwest, with the potential for high waves in some areas, dislodgement of loose objects, downed trees and branches, and travel disruption.
Nationwide, it will be clear today, with showers mainly in Ulster.
Meanwhile, Northern Ireland counties will be under a warning from 9:00 pm tonight until 9:00 pm tomorrow.
The Met Office has issued a status yellow rain warning for Antrim, Armagh, Down, Fermanagh, Tyrone and Derry.
A yellow wind alert will also be in place for Antrim, Down, Tyrone and Derry from midnight until 9pm tomorrow night.
