- Data Collected: Travellers must provide an accurate 21-day travel history, known exposure data, and report any current symptoms (e.g., fever, bleeding, or body aches).
- Arrival Process: Passengers must download and keep the digital or printed SDF acknowledgement ready to display at the International Travel Health Desk or Immigration counter upon landing.
