Galway: Jacob Varghese Vaidyan passed this year's leaving cert examination with full marks (625). He completed his studies at St. Rapheals College, Loughrea, Galway
Jacob graduated from Galway (loughrea) with a 100% pass mark and excelled in extra-curricular subjects as well as a good drummist and a student who excelled in quiz competitions. Jacob is a good basketball player, keeping an active presence in debates, and he is very interested in spiritual fields and is an altar minister at Galway St. Elijah Orthodox Church. He is also working as a secretary of Orthodox Youth Christian movement.
Jacob's father, Mr.Varghese Vaidyan working at Merlinpark university hospital and Mother Mrs.Jessy Varghese who works in St. Brendans Loughrea. Sona Vaidyan and Sandra Vaidyan are sisters. Jacob's parents migrated to Ireland in the early days from Kallada in Kollam district of Kerala the state of India
