Canada: Manitoba Hindu Malayali community organized Onam celebrations in Winnipeg.
Ganga Dakshinamurthy, founder of Manohar Performing Arts of Canada, Shailaja Ramprasad, founder of BRT Academy of Dance and Music, Pandit Mathyaraju, representative of the Hindu Society of Manitoba, and Professor Darawala Chammismy of the University of Winnipeg were the chief guests. Various art programs were organized as part of the celebration.
