A 21-year-old woman has died after being hit by a Garda car in Donegal. The incident happened at around 3.15am in Ludden, Buncrana. The scene was sealed off following the collision.
An investigation is underway after a 21-year-old woman died after being hit by a Garda patrol car in County Donegal this morning. The woman's body remains at the scene and the scene has been sealed off for forensic examination.
The road is closed and local diversions are in place. A Garda spokesman said the collision had been reported to the Garda Síochána Ombudsman Commission.
