Mumbai: Bangladeshi porn star arrested for using fake Indian passport to stay in India Riya Barde alias Arohi Barde was taken into custody by the Hill Line Police. They were caught from Ullas Nagar, 50 km from Mumbai.
The actress was caught up in an investigation based on a tip-off that a Bangladeshi family was living in Ambernath in Thane district using fake documents. Ambernath is an eastern suburban city in Thane district of Maharashtra and is a part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region The search is on for four others involved in the case. Reports suggest that the accused's parents are now in Qatar.
During the investigation, it was found that a native of Amaravati had prepared fake documents for Riya and her three companions to stay in India. The Hill Line police registered a case against Rhea and four others under Section 14(A) of the Foreigners Act, 1946 and the Indian Penal Code.
