Status Orange for 2 counties in Ireland, Several other counties across the South and Southeast are also on status yellow warnings. A status orange rain warning has been issued for counties Cork and Waterford,  with the warning in place until 12 noon on Sunday. 

Several other counties across the South and Southeast  are also under  yellow  status warnings for rain throughout Sunday.  A warning is in place for counties Kerry, Carlow, Wexford, Kilkenny and Wicklow, as well as Cork and Waterford.

Poor visibility is forecast, while some flooding is expected.  Met Eireann has warned that heavy rain will lead to dangerous driving conditions. Met Éireann has warned of heavy rain at times and localized flooding.
