New Delhi: The Supreme Court has refused to urgently consider a plea seeking an investigation into allegations and fake lawyers related to the satirical digital collective 'Cockroach Janata Party' (CJP), which has been the talk of the social media.
The petition was heard by a bench comprising Chief Justice Surya Kant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi. The Chief Justice told the petitioner's lawyer, N.K. Goswami, "Don't take this so emotionally." We will check." Then Supreme Court has refused to urgently consider a petition related to the 'Cockroach Janata Party' (CJP).
