The BCCI on Sunday released the Indian team's jersey ahead of the T20 World Cup to be held in Australia in a month's time.
Rumors that the new jersey will be used in the upcoming event have been circulating for some time now.
Now, on Sunday, BCCI launched the new kit in a post on their social media platforms. Rohit Sharma, Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya and women team members Harmanpreet Kaur, Shefali Verma and Renuka Singh are also pictured in the new jersey.

The new jersey is a dual tone. There is also a small design on the left side of the jersey.
The uniform is dedicated to every cricket fan in the nation, according to a message from BCCI's official Twitter account.

The new jersey will be used by the Indian men's team in Australia for the World Cup. On September 12th, the team for the competition was revealed, featuring the return of Jasprit Bumrah and Harshal Patel. KL Rahul will serve as Rohit Sharma's assistant while the team's captain.
