India: President of India Draupadi Murmu will visit London from September 17 to 19 to attend Queen Elizabeth's funeral and offer condolences on behalf of the Government of India.
The Queen's funeral will take place at Westminster Abbey in London on Monday, September 19 at 3.30 pm (IST).
Queen Elizabeth passed away on September 8 at her estate of Balmoral in the Scottish Highlands. She was 96 years old. Buckingham Palace said the Queen had been suffering from "episodic mobility problems" since late last year.
Queen Elizabeth's coffin will make its final journey from London's Buckingham Palace on Wednesday and will be carried in procession to Westminster Hall in the Houses of Parliament complex until her funeral at nearby Westminster Abbey on Monday.
