Dublin: The west of Ireland will be hit with wind and rain on Friday as it experiences a change of weather from the Atlantic.
Met Eireann has issued a yellow alert for wind and rain for Clare, Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo and Sligo. It came into effect at 2am and will remain in place until 2pm on Friday: Met Éireann Warning
