Cavan: Indian Association Cavan organized Onam celebration on 3rd September with various celebrations. As always, the Indians of Cavan gathered at Bally Hayes Community Hall, located about 10 kilometers away from Cavan, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm to welcome Onathappan.
Cultural programs, Thiruvathira, Pulikali, skits, dance, games, prize distribution, flower competition, tug-of-war competition and sumptuous feast were prepared by the organizers of Cavan Indian Association. The parents who came from the country and the organizers of the Cavan Indian Association lit the lamp and the Indian Association started the celebrations.
