A status yellow rain warning has been issued for 13 counties in Ireland.
The counties under warning are Cavan, Donegal, Monaghan, Dublin, Kildare, Longford, Louth, Meath, Westmeath, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon and Sligo. The alert, which came into effect from 6.30 pm on Saturday, will continue till 11.00 am on Sunday. Met Eireann has warned that the heavy rain will bring the risk of localized flooding. Road users beware.
