Zeng has also clarified that he is saying this based on information from Chinese writer and YouTuber Leo Deng who lives in Canada. It was said that the plan was prepared in a meeting held by high-ranking officers and agents of the CCP in Seattle, America, and the aim was to break the relationship between India and Canada.
The plan was implemented after the agents who took up the job learned of Nijjar's movements. Silencer guns were used for this purpose. The evidence was immediately destroyed and sunk. The killers spoke in Indian-style English to make it appear that India was behind the crime. All this was the exact plan of the CCP. They executed everything very expertly.
