Kochi: One more person who was undergoing treatment at the hospital died after being injured in the Kalamaseri blast, Kerala . The deceased is Libina (12), a native of Kaladi Malayatur. Libina was being treated for 95 percent burns. The death was confirmed at 12.40 pm.
With this, the death toll in the explosion that occurred during the convention of Jehovah's Witnesses in Kalamaseri has increased to three. Kumari (53), a native of Thodupuzha,Kerala who was under treatment, died at 8 pm. 52 people were injured in the incident.

Liona Paulus (60), a native of Kurupumpadi, died on the spot in the blast that took place at 9:30 yesterday morning.
Meanwhile, UAPA has charged against Dominic Martin, the accused who carried out the blast. Sections 302, 307 and Explosives Act 3A of IPC have also been charged. The accused took responsibility for the attack in a Facebook video. After this he surrendered to the police. The preliminary investigation revealed that the explosion was an improvised explosive device known as an IED.
