Glenaulin Nursing Home & Tara Winthrop Private Clinic are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person to join our Grace Healthcare Ireland team. This role involves ensuring the smooth upkeep of our buildings and grounds, creating a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Role-based in Tara Winthrop Private Clinic
Responsibilities include:
✔️ Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
✔️ Performing preventative maintenance.
✔️ Handling basic repairs and maintenance tasks.
✔️ Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are required.
✔️ Diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues.
✔️ Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
There may be times when operatives are required to cover annual leave on different sites in County Dublin, flexibility with starting hours might be required from time to time but usual working hours are 08:30-16:30.
