Philip DwyerMO, a self-proclaimed anti-immigration Irish journalist, interrupted the mayor's work with a racist rant against the elected Indian mayor of Ireland..
The current attack by a racist named Philip Dwyer, who previously worked as a postman and was fired, is against Mr. Baby Pereppadan, the first Indian mayor to win an election in Ireland.
The mayor dodged the racist question without bothering to answer it. The video of him following the man to his office, holding a selfie stick, has now gone viral among Irish anti-immigration activists.
He is well aware that such videos against foreigners are currently gaining a good market in Ireland, where anti-immigration demonstrations are taking place. The income he gets from such videos is now his way of life. He is constantly being pestered to help with the video. The link is also given below.

Who is Philip Dwyer?
Philip Dwyer is an Irish far-right anti-immigration activist. He is a self-proclaimed citizen journalist, and has been a frequent participant and speaker at anti-immigration protests across Ireland in 2022–23, campaigning against lockdowns, COVID-19 vaccines, and LGBT "ideology".
In May 1998, Dwyer appeared in court after breaking an opposing player's jaw during a hurling match. The victim was awarded compensation and released under the Probation Act.
In May 2010, Dwyer was dismissed from his post as a postman at Ann Post for "dereliction of duty and failure to follow instructions". He was dismissed after a series of incidents, including kicking dogs in the head with a steel-toed boot, threatening to shoot a woman's dog and failing to follow instructions. In September 2012, Dwyer appealed the matter to the Labour Court. The tribunal found against Dwyer.
On March 14, 2023, Dwyer appeared at Tallaght District Court in Dublin and was charged with engaging in bullying, abuse or humiliation at a children's creche on Grange Road, Dublin, on June 30, 2021. Dwyer alleged that the creche promoted "LGBT ideology" after seeing a poster depicting a rainbow in the window.
He is known for confronting politicians and others on the street while filming the confrontations with a selfie-stick. He has often been described by media sources as a disseminator of misinformation.
