No need to fill out a COVID-19 Passenger Locator form for travel to Ireland. Donnelly said the current epidemiological situation in Ireland remains broadly positive, which allows travel restrictions to be raised.
However, digital covid certificates can still be issued by Ireland and can be used while traveling, as other EU countries may still require proof of vaccination, recovery or entry check.
Travel requirements for Ireland during the Pandemic were introduced in 2020, while the Passenger Locator form was introduced in 2020. Inspection and quarantine regulations were introduced in January 2021.
