Dublin: The TSK SELECT ASIA Championship is underway as a new chapter is written in the history of Irish tennis ball cricket.
Under the auspices of Thala Super Kings, the epic battles will take place on 17th September 2022 at the magnificent ACC Cricket Ground, Corkagh Park. Awaiting the first team is the TSK-SELECTASIA Ever rolling Trophy and 666 Euros. The cash award is sponsored by SELECT ASIA, an Indian-Asian consumer goods paradise. The second runner-up will receive TSK- LEGENDS Ever rolling Trophy and a cash award of Rs.333. The cash award is sponsored by Viswas Foods, a frozen food chain. Along with this, there are four individual prizes.
The individual prizes are sponsored by OSCAR TRAVELS, INGREDIENTS, CAMILE and SPOCE HOME KITCHEN.
2022 is a golden year for Irish tennis ball cricket. More than 30 teams have changed in the eight tournaments held so far. There were more than 260 matches and six champions. These six powerhouses will face off in the TSK SELECT ASIA Champions League.
There are 15 matches in the league where six teams are competing in just a few days to find out who is the strongest among the strong. The team that comes first will win the TSK SELECT ASIA Ever rolling Trophy and become a part of history. Two-time winners AMC and LCC are joined by DUBS ORGINALS, KCC, KILKENNY WARRIORS and TALLAGHT SUPER KINGS who have lifted the crown each time. There is no doubt that this will set the ACC cricket ground on fire.
All matches are streamed live on the STUMPS app so matches can be watched from anywhere in the world. Also, an opportunity has been provided to watch the relevant parts of the game on the Facebook page and Instagram page of TALLAGHAT SUPER KINGS. Those competitions also have the distinction of not having finals. It is also a new experiment in the history of Irish tennis ball cricket. The cornerstones for making this dream come true are SELECT ASIA, VISWAS FOODS, OSCAR TRAVELS, INGREIDENTS, CAMILE and SPICE HOME KITCHEN.
