Rajasthan: Yesterday Gangster Raju Theth murder case: 6 accused arrested during encounter with police, 2 received bullet injuries. According to the police, Theth, who had more than 30 criminal cases against him, had a rivalry with the dreaded criminal Anandpal Singh, killed in a police encounter in June 2017. Out on bail, he used to live a luxurious life and had political ambitions.

Two people died by gangs shot. The incident included one belonging to a notorious gang, and a father who were with his daughter to take admission in his daughter's coaching centre were shot dead. Also one man injured in Rajasthan, who came with the father who died, police said yesterday. The shooting was done by a group of four.
According to reports, dreaded gangster Raju Theth was killed when four people opened fire on him at the entrance to his house on Piprali Road in Sikar city at 9.30am. Police said the assailants have been identified and a statewide search is on to arrest the culprits.
The other person killed in the incident has been identified as Tarachand Kadwasara, who reportedly went to that area for his daughter's admission to a coaching centre. His cousin was also injured in the firing.
At 9.30 am, a notorious gangster named Raju Theth was shot dead by four men at the entrance of his house on Piprali Road in Sikar. The police said that the assailants have been identified and a state-wide search is on to nab the accused.
Another person killed in the incident has been identified as Tarachand Kadwasara, who had come to take admission in his daughter's coaching centre. His relative was also injured in the firing.
There are many hostels and coaching centers at the venue. Sources said that Gunda Teth's brother also ran a hostel there. In multiple video footages captured on CCTV cameras, the four suspects open fire on Theth on the street and flee the scene, with one of them fired in the air to scare passers-by and witnesses.
Soon after the murder, a self-identified man from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang, Rohit Godara, claimed responsibility on Facebook. Thet's killing was said to be revenge for Anandpal Singh and Balbir Banuda.
Banuda, a member of the Anandpal gang, was killed in an encounter in Bikaner jail in July 2014. The supporters of Theth have called for a bandh in Sikar yesterday, demanded the immediate arrest of the killers.
