A notorious drug syndicate operating in Drogheda has been deploying a team of women to collect outstanding drug debts directly from households in working-class neighborhoods. These individuals have been tasked with retrieving amounts ranging from €100 to €2,000 from various residences, ultimately delivering the funds to senior gang members at the end of each week.
One female operative is reported to have collected between €200,000 and €300,000 within a single month, underscoring the scale of the operation. The gang is currently under the leadership of a man in his late twenties, who has established a new base in Alicante, Spain. His associates frequently travel between Ireland and Spain to maintain operations. Despite being wanted for multiple offenses in Ireland, authorities have yet to issue an international arrest warrant for him.
The gang leader was previously involved in the Drogheda feud but fled the country following the brutal murder of 17-year-old Keane Mulready-Woods, a crime committed by the now-deceased hitman Robbie Lawlor.
According to law enforcement sources, the gender dynamics within the organization have shifted, with as many women involved as men. These female operatives, described as attractive and drawn to a luxurious lifestyle, are reportedly motivated by financial gain.
