Details of the Incident
The attack took place around 1:26 p.m. local time, as demonstrators gathered to raise awareness for hostages taken during Hamas’s October 7, 2023, attack on Israel. According to the FBI, Soliman allegedly used a makeshift flamethrower and threw incendiary devices, described as Molotov cocktails, at the crowd.
