Norka Roots, a state government organization, is organizing recruitment for the posts of Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) in the NHS in Wales, United Kingdom (UK). Applicants should have BSc Nursing/GNM educational qualification and IELTS/OET UK score and completed CBT in Mental Health.

Candidates should be currently working in the mental health sector and should have at least 12 months of work experience in the mental health sector before the time of application. All documents should be valid till the end of March 2026. Applications should be submitted by 22 October 2025 along with biodata, OET / IELTS score   card  , copies of qualification certificates and passport to uknhs.norka@kerala.gov.in. 

The recruitment process is conducted entirely online. The selected candidates will be offered a salary of 31,515 British pounds (₹37.76 lakh) per annum in Band 5 category after successfully completing the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) and 27,898 British pounds (₹33.38 lakh) before OSCE. Along with this, they will be eligible for other benefits.
