Pune: A major fire broke out on Tuesday morning in the Sadashiv Peth area, triggering an emergency response from the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC). According to officials, the blaze originated on the terrace of the Ramesh Dyeing building.
Four fire tenders from the PMC Fire Department have been deployed to the scene, where firefighting teams are currently working to bring the flames under control.

Efforts have been hampered by the locality’s densely packed structures and narrow lanes, which are making access to the building and containment operations more challenging, officials said.
