Staff Nurses (Male) 50 Vacancies in UAE

Applications are now invited for the recruitment organized by Norka Roots for 50 vacancies of Staff Nurse (Male) in a leading private organization in the healthcare sector based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE). B.Sc. or Post Basic B.Sc. in Nursing educational qualification and at least one year of work experience in Emergency/Casualty or ICU specialty are required. BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and Medical Nursing Practicing qualification are also required. 

Norka Roots Chief Executive Officer Ajith Kolassery informed that applicants should apply by visiting the websites www.norkaroots.kerala.gov.in and www.nifl.norkaroots.org along with a detailed CV and copies of education, work experience and passport by January 10, 2026. 

Preference will be given to candidates with a Medical Practicing License (Registered Nurse) from the Department of Health (DOH) Abu Dhabi. Otherwise, they must obtain the said qualification within 90 days of receiving the appointment order. 

The candidates will be assigned to various mainland clinics in Abu Dhabi (one day off per week), industrial remote sites, onshore (desert) areas, offshore, barge/island clinics on a cycle rotation basis for a maximum of 120 days and 28 days off. The selected candidates will also receive a salary of AED 5,000, shared bachelor accommodation, health insurance, leave benefits, and a return air ticket once every two years.
