Kildare: Mrs. Bilsha Baby, a Kerala Nurse from Ireland who is currently working at Naas General Hospital, has received the "Preceptorship Award 2022" of Trinity University School of Nursing and Midwifery in Ireland.

Mrs. Bilsha completed her nursing studies from RAK College of Nursing, Delhi. After serving at Yenepoya Medical College, Mangaloree and Fortis Hospital Noida, before she came to Ireland. Rajkumari Amrit Kaur College of Nursing (RAKCON) was established in 1946, a pioneer institute for Nursing education in India and South East Asia

It is a proud moment for Bilsha, her family, friends and colleagues who served in various nursing homes and hospitals in Ireland. Mrs. Bilsha brings pride to Indians in Ireland especially the Malayali community as she excels in all fields. Bilsha says that if hard work and perseverance come together, everyone can achieve great success.

Bilsha's husband is Sanu Sebastian, who migrated from Kerala and works as a nurse in the health sector in Ireland. Children are Ria Sanu, Mila Sanu and Isa Sanu. Bilsha and her family have been permanent residents of Ireland for many years.

People like Bilsha are the pride of the Indian nursing community who help maintain the pride of foreign Indian nurses who have come across the sea.
