Beechfield Care Group are currently seeking to recruit a Staff Nurse who will work in Glengara Park Nursing Home, Glenageary, South County Dublin. We aim to provide a consistently strong standard of care to our residents. Quality of care, being mindful of HIQA regulations, is the fundamental aspect of this role.
Contract: Permanent (Full or part-time)
The successful candidate will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for residents to the highest professional and ethical standards.
Role Responsibilities:
- Quality of Care Responsibilities
- Day to day supervision of the care and nursing staff
- Co-ordinate resident activities
- Work within HIQA regulations
- Any other duties as assigned by line manager
Candidate Requirements:
- NMBI Registered
- Excellent Clinical, Leadership and Organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound decision making ability
- An interest in care of the elderly
