Dublin: It is reported that large fraud gangs are becoming active, targeting international students in Ireland, especially the Indian community, who are promising to extend their visas by providing fake certificates and documents. 

According to information released by the major media outlet The Irish Times , fake enrollment letters and attendance certificates are being produced and issued in the name of Dublin-based language schools.

The fraud method is as follows:
Fraudsters are charging thousands of euros from students wishing to stay in Europe by providing fake insurance documents and college letters. Students who attempt to renew their visas (IRP Renewal) using such fake documents face severe legal action. The Immigration Department states that such people will face deportation from Ireland and will have great difficulty obtaining other visas in the future.
