New Delhi; Military medals announced. 412 people have been awarded. Malayalam Lt. 29 people, including General Pradeep Chandran Nair, were awarded the Param Vishishta Seva Medal and 52 people were awarded the Ati Vishishta Seva Medal. Six people were awarded the Kirti Chakra. Shaurya Chakra belongs to 15 people including posthumous ones.

Pradeep Chandran is the chief of Assam Rifles. One was awarded the Navy Medal and 10 were awarded the War Service Medal. 126 persons were also awarded Vishishta Seva Medal.
