Australia: Pro-Khalistan militants attacked Indians who arrived in Australia with the national flag. Five people were injured. The Indians were attacked in Melbourne's Federation Square against growing pro-Khalistan activities in the country. The Australian police intervened and stopped the assailants.
Earlier it was reported that the Indians had informed the Victoria Police in advance about their planned protest against the Khalistanis. In the video, a group of people can be seen waving the Khalistani flag, attacking the Indians who arrived with the tricolor and attacking them with sticks.
On January 29, several videos of Khalistanis attacking Indian Australians with swords while carrying the Indian tricolor went viral on the internet.
It is noteworthy that 'Sikhs for Justice', a Khalistan terrorist organization banned by the Indian government, has announced that it will hold a plebiscite on January 29 at the Federation Square in Khalistan. Meanwhile, Hindu Human Rights Australia director Sarah L Gates shared a video of a group of pro-Khalistan supporters chasing an Indian youth with an Indian national flag.
